Founded in 1991, Gensheimer
Equipment Sales is owned and operated by Ed
Gensheimer and his wife
Teresa. Ed got started in the construction equipment
industry in 1968 with a small
International Harvester Industrial Equipment
dealer as head mechanic,
service manager and parts manager. Then in 1970
went to work for a John Deere
Industrial Equipment dealer and has been
involved with John Deere
Industrial Equipment as mechanic, service manager
or sales representative ever
since until founding Gensheimer Equipment Sales in 1991.
"John Deere is our
specialty but we deal in other makes as well".
GES operates out of Northeast
Indiana and sells to heavy equipment buyers
throughout the Midwest,
Eastern Seaboard, the South and as far west as
California. We also broker
equipment that is available in our immediate
operating area of Northeast
Indiana and Western Ohio.
GES is a buyer of heavy
equipment, "We will buy one piece or a whole
spread of equipment,
especially John Deere equipment".
